GitHub App integration

Install the Verity GitHub App per project to ship issues with short‑lived installation tokens instead of personal access tokens.

Setup flow

  1. 1. Open Project → Integrations → GitHub.
  2. 2. Click “Install GitHub App” and select the target repo.
  3. 3. Save the owner + repo mapping (and optional default labels).

Issue creation

When GitHub integration is enabled for a project, bug-type reports can be processed asynchronously to create a GitHub issue. Delivery retries on failure.

Why App mode

Installation tokens are scoped to a repo and expire quickly, so you can revoke access without rotating personal tokens.
