Inbox AI
Verity uses AI to compress noisy inboxes into something a human can act on faster. The product is intentionally bounded: rules decide what can trigger, AI explains what happened, and operators still own the final call.
Free
Free includes one weekly AI digest of incoming feedback. It is meant to show pattern recognition value without turning Free into an always-on AI workflow.
Pro
Pro turns AI into a daily operator tool: report assist, configurable digests, and rule-based alerts with email or Slack delivery.
Enterprise
Enterprise keeps the same AI outcomes but adds stronger execution boundaries such as a dedicated worker lane or a customer-owned AI endpoint.
What AI does
- Weekly, daily, or monthly digest summaries depending on plan
- Per-report assistance for summary, tags, and next-step suggestions
- Rule-based alert explanations for spikes, repeated issues, or scoped keyword matches
- Draft help for triage without silently taking ownership away from the team
What AI does not do by default
- It does not decide alerts without an explicit rule.
- It does not auto-close or auto-route reports without configuration.
- It does not turn the inbox into a chat transcript or long-lived prompt log.
- It does not override evidence policy, project settings, or plan limits.
Digests
Digests summarize bounded time windows. They focus on themes, repeated issues, and what deserves owner attention rather than pretending to know everything from a single note.
- Free: weekly digest
- Pro: daily and weekly digests
- Enterprise: daily, weekly, and monthly digests with stronger routing control
Alerts
Alerts are deterministic first. A rule defines whether something matters. AI then writes the short explanation and suggested next action.
- No alerts on Free
- Email and Slack alert delivery on Pro
- Enterprise adds stronger routing and execution-boundary options
Enterprise AI boundary
Enterprise is not “more AI.” It is the same debugging value inside stricter operational boundaries. Teams can isolate processing on a dedicated worker lane or send bounded input to a customer-owned AI endpoint when they need a stronger privacy and governance posture.
